My word kinda jumped out at me this morning. I have been contemplating a few different words and trying to make one fit, but this morning I saw the word PUSH and just knew that was it. I then found the definition: a vigorous effort to do or obtain something. and knew that was what I wanted for this year. I plan to PUSH myself physically and spiritually with "vigorous effort" in hopes that I am in a more healthy place physically and spiritually a year from now.
