So, we heard this morning that the house we've been drooling over has dropped their asking price by $10,000. This is GOOD! I was settling my thinking into needing to wait another year to buy, but now they've tempted me again! Arrggh! I wish I could just get this house out of my head and move on, but golly, this house is great for us! I am now wanting it more than ever! I really hope that we could find a quick buyer and get an offer into this home! :)

i am checking out your blog. It is way cute for sure. I think you should go for the house. You should talk to the malcombs about buying your house or renting it.
